style=\"--awb-text-color:#222222;\"><h3>BENG<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Vanaf 1 januari 2021 verandert de woningbouw wezenlijk door de BENG (wet op Bijna Energie Neutrale Gebouwen). De calculaties van een Nul-op-de-Meter woning zijn op zichzelf staand niet meer voldoende. Met een jaarlijkse bewijslast voor de bouwverantwoordelijke als gevolg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Meten = weten<\/h4>\n<p>Aan de hand van de verzamelde data kan IRIS Energiebeheer in heldere rapportages aantonen wat het verbruik is, waar er verbetering nodig is of juist voordeel optreedt. De verzamelde gegevens worden te allen tijde verwerkt volgens de laatste AVG-normen. Door kennis van alle installaties komt de probleemvaststelling snel tot stand en wordt er direct hulp ingeschakeld. Tevens beschikt IRIS Energiebeheer over voldoende voorlichtingsmateriaal om zowel gebruiker als opdrachtgever voor te lichten over de werking van het monitoringsplatform en de beschikbare dienstverlening daaromheen.
